Thank you for choosing Supra Careers. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services, ensuring a safe and ethical platform for both employers and job seekers in the hospitality and MICE sectors in Rwanda.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms and the laws of Rwanda.


1. Introduction

1.1 Supra Careers is a platform dedicated to connecting employers and job seekers in the hospitality and MICE industries.
1.2 We prioritise ethical practices, lawful conduct, and the protection of all users on our platform.


2. Definitions

2.1 Employer: An individual or entity posting jobs or searching for candidates through Supra Careers.
2.2 Job Seeker: An individual using our platform to search for jobs, apply for opportunities, or access training.
2.3 Platform: The website and services provided by Supra Careers.
2.4 Packages: The paid and free service options available to both employers and job seekers.


3. Responsibilities of Employers

3.1 Employers must abide by Rwandan labour laws, ensuring fair treatment, ethical hiring, and safe workplaces.
3.2 Prohibited Employer Conduct:

  • Exploiting employees through illegal or unethical means.
  • Engaging in or facilitating human trafficking or forced labour.
  • Sexual harassment, predation, or any form of workplace misconduct.
    3.3 Employer Obligations:
  • Provide clear and honest job descriptions.
  • Disclose salary ranges and job terms where applicable.
  • Ensure all workplace practices comply with Rwandan labour standards.
    3.4 Employers indemnify Supra Careers from any liability related to workplace issues or disputes arising from employment facilitated through our platform.

4. Responsibilities of Job Seekers

4.1 Job seekers must provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles, CVs, and applications.
4.2 Reporting Obligations:

  • Job seekers must report unethical practices, harassment, or exploitation by employers to Supra Careers or relevant authorities.
  • Supra Careers will assist in connecting users with appropriate legal or government channels but does not guarantee resolution.
    4.3 Supra Careers is not liable for workplace conditions, hiring outcomes, or disputes between employers and job seekers.

5. Package Terms

5.1 Employer Packages:

  • Pay-As-You-Go Package (RWF 10,000): Employers pay per job posting and access applicant information.
  • Premium Package (RWF 100,000/year): Employers enjoy unlimited job postings and full access to candidate profiles for one year.
  • Deluxe Package (RWF 35,000 per job): Employers post jobs for free, and Supra Careers screens and presents the top candidates for each role.

5.2 Job Seeker Packages:

  • Standard Package (Free): Search and apply for jobs without charges.
  • Premium Package (RWF 20,000/year): Includes CV reviews, job hunting support, access to training, and workplace guidance.
  • Individual Training Courses (RWF 2,000–5,000): On-demand courses for skill development.

5.3 Fees for all packages are non-refundable unless technical issues prevent service delivery.


6. Ethical Standards and Reporting

6.1 Employer and Job Seeker Conduct:

  • All users must engage ethically and lawfully while using the platform.
  • Discrimination, exploitation, or any form of illegal activity is prohibited.

6.2 Reporting Mechanism:

  • Users encountering misconduct (e.g., harassment, trafficking, or exploitation) must report incidents through the platform or via contact details provided.
  • Supra Careers collaborates with Rwandan authorities to address reports of illegal activities but is not liable for resolving disputes.

7. Liability and Indemnification

7.1 Supra Careers is not liable for:

  • Disputes or claims arising from employer or job seeker actions.
  • Workplace conditions, safety, or employee treatment.
  • Employment outcomes or failures to meet user expectations.

7.2 Indemnification:

  • Employers and job seekers agree to indemnify Supra Careers against claims, damages, or losses related to their use of the platform.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

8.1 Users agree to the collection and processing of their personal data in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Employers and job seekers must ensure that information shared on the platform does not infringe on the rights of others.


9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Supra Careers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

  • Breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Illegal activities or misconduct.
    9.2 Termination forfeits access to services and any active packages.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
10.2 Disputes should first be addressed through our support channels. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to Rwandan legal authorities.
